A non-official--but essential--member of the PeaceKeeper ranks. H'rarr is the guy that can get things for you even when the offcials say it can't be gotten. He owns and operates his own sleek and massive, modified freighter and has been supporting the PeaceKeeper cause for nearly 80 years. The long-lived Grahn is barely into his teen-years: so barring any unfortunate bar fights, he promises to serve the PeaceKeepers for centuries to come. H'rarr is a strong, brutish, typical member of his species and he acts like it. Outwardly, he is gruff and tough, intelligent and slightly overbearing with more influence on the official inner workings of the PeaceKeeper force than he should. (but those who call him a civilian should be prepared to run...) Those who know him, however, know that he is a caring, nuturing character with a huge heart and a gigantic weakness for exotic candies...
