Self-styled rulers of the universe, once the human race 'conquered' space, the rest of the universe took it with a grain of salt. Occationally, the hairless apes had a few good ideas and some of their government ideas were bizarre, but a few pointers from species like the Cin, the Kickran and the Gin, they seemed to settle down and become working portions of galactic society.
